Molded physical polarization ribs on both sides of the housing fully block reverse plugging, avoiding PCB short-circuit and component burnout during mass assembly lines.

Internal elastic lances lock crimp terminals firmly inside the housing with strong pull-out resistance to prevent terminal back-out after repeated pulling and equipment jolting. Double-point elastic contact structure maintains ultra-low stable contact resistance, ensuring lossless transmission of multi-channel sensor signals and miniature auxiliary power supply. Multi-color coded wires clearly separate each independent signal channel to simplify circuit sorting during equipment assembly. All crimp transition joints are wrapped with heat shrink tubing for strain relief to prevent wire core fracture from frequent bending inside equipment cavities.
