The natural nylon PA66 housing is integrated with a wide-area positive lock buckle and built-in polarization guide ribs. The lock structure provides powerful retention force to avoid accidental disconnection caused by equipment vibration, pulling or assembly impact; the polarization ribs physically block reverse mating, effectively eliminating PCB short-circuit and component burnout risks during mass production assembly.

Automated precision crimping equipment processes all terminals to ensure consistent terminal pull-out resistance, preventing terminals from backing out under long-term operating vibration. Compatible wire range covers AWG24–30 multi-color stranded tinned copper wires, color coding enables fast and error-free circuit identification during equipment assembly.

Each finished harness undergoes 100% full inspection before delivery, including continuity test, terminal pull force test and high voltage withstand test.
