This micro coaxial wire harness is built with original Hirose DF36-20P-0.4SD 20Pin plug, matched with DF36 series SMT PCB receptacle to realize vertical board-to-wire interconnection.The connector integrates a metal shielding shell and multi-point ground contacts for excellent EMI suppression, solving image noise and signal attenuation issues of drone gimbal high-speed video transmission.
Ultra-thin AWG42~46 shielded micro coaxial wire features outstanding bending flexibility, suitable for repeated rotation of drone gimbal hinges without wire breakage. Every harness adopts precision anti-cold-solder soldering craft, and passes 100% continuity, insulation resistance and pull force testing before delivery. Single-end finished cables and cross-type dual-connector conversion harnesses are available for UAV, camera module and miniature consumer electronics mass production.
