This pre-assembled IDC cable assembly is built with authentic JST NR series 06NR-E4K(LF) female IDC socket, 6-position single row, standard 2.5mm center pitch, exclusively designed for wire-to-board interconnection via insulation displacement technology.
Different from traditional crimp wiring harnesses, NR IDC structure uses double U-shaped cutting slots on contacts to directly pierce wire insulation and lock copper conductors, eliminating separate terminal crimp procedures, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. The natural white PA66 plastic housing integrates built-in friction lock structure to avoid accidental disconnection caused by equipment vibration or pulling force during operation; single-row straight design reserves sufficient assembly space for compact equipment internal layout.
Matched applicable wires include UL1007 discrete stranded wires and flat ribbon cables, AWG24–28 standard wire gauge, insulation outer diameter 1.1–1.5mm. All finished harnesses pass 100% full quality inspection before delivery, including continuity test, terminal pull retention force test and 1500V AC high voltage withstand test. It perfectly mates with corresponding NR series through-hole PCB shrouded headers (compatible interchangeably with XH series male pins), forming a complete wire-to-board connection system, supporting single-end IDC finished cables and cross-type dual-connector conversion harness OEM mass customization.
