EW-M20 to SP20-7P Aviation Waterproof Connector Cable

This finished waterproof aviation cable assembly integrates SP20-7P male plug and female socket of M20 standard circular connector series, dedicated for outdoor humid, dusty, underwater and underground wiring scenarios. The connector adopts double-layer silicone sealing gaskets inside the front and rear ends, which can completely isolate rainwater, dust, fog and corrosive moisture to realize IP68 fully waterproof performance. The outer shell is added with anti-UV modifier, which will not crack, fade or age after long-term outdoor sunlight exposure.

Internal conductive pins are thickened gold-plated copper material, which effectively reduces contact resistance and avoids overheating during long-time continuous power supply. The connection part adopts precision crimping process to firmly lock the wire core and prevent wire falling off caused by pulling and vibration. The matched multi-core rubber power cable has excellent low-temperature resistance, oil resistance and bending resistance, and can maintain softness in -40℃ ultra-low temperature environment.

Each batch of finished harness will pass strict waterproof immersion test, continuity test, terminal pull-out test and high voltage withstand test before delivery, which can stably transmit power and control signals at the same time. We provide single-ended finished cable and customized double-end conversion harness OEM solutions, which can be mass-produced for outdoor engineering equipment manufacturers.
