This heavy-duty M23 elbow circular waterproof aviation wiring harness is specially customized for lithium battery pack charging & discharging systems, adopting 90° right-angle elbow M23 screw-lock connector with IP67 dustproof & waterproof rating. Product Description

This finished high-current waterproof battery harness adopts standard M23×1 metric circular connector with 90° elbow right-angle outgoing structure, solving the space limitation of side-mounted battery charging ports and avoiding sharp wire bending damage. The internal contact layout is 2 large-diameter power pins (6mm² flat copper wire matched for 30–50A fast charging) + 4 small signal pins for BMS temperature, balance and communication signal transmission, realizing power + signal integrated one-line connection.

The connector shell is made of modified anti-UV PA66 plastic (metal shield shell optional), double silicone rubber sealing rings at the mating surface and cable inlet to reach IP67 full dust and water resistance, suitable for outdoor rainy, muddy and humid vehicle working environments. Threaded screw locking design with anti-slip knurling, manual tightening without tools, strong pull resistance to prevent loose contact caused by vehicle vibration and bumping.

High-current contacts use thickened brass with double-layer gold plating, ultra-low contact resistance and low heat generation under continuous 50A full load; matched multi-core composite rubber power cable, 6mm² flat thick copper power lines + thin flat 4-core signal lines, flexible after thousands of bending cycles, resistant to low temperature, engine oil and outdoor aging.
