This finished wire harness is matched with MX 137T-3P screw terminal block, fixed 15.0mm ultra-wide pitch layout specially designed for high-power large cross-section wires. The terminal block is vertical through-hole PCB mounting type, directly soldered onto control board for stable power input/output connection.

Internal conductive components adopt integral thickened copper bar with full tin plating to reduce contact heat under heavy load; each circuit is equipped with stainless steel disc spring + metal clamping screw. When tightening the screw, the spring clamps the wire core tightly to avoid loose contact caused by equipment long-term vibration, effectively preventing heating and burnout faults.
