The proprietary ViSe (Vertical-insertion Swing-extraction) double-locking mechanism combines vertical insertion and swing lock design, providing powerful vertical retention force to prevent accidental disconnection caused by robot vibration, drone flight bumping and wire pulling force. Two-point clip contact structure delivers stable low contact resistance, ensuring continuous power transmission without voltage drop under long-term vibration working conditions.
Matched ultra-thin AWG28/30 flexible stranded electronic wires feature small outer diameter, suitable for narrow internal space layout of miniaturized equipment; multi-color coded wire cores realize fast circuit identification during assembly.
Each finished harness undergoes 100% strict quality inspection before delivery, including continuity test, terminal pull-out retention force test, 500V AC high voltage withstand test and vibration resistance test.
